In 2002, Angele Moss established Comprehensive Addiction & Psychological Services LLC (C.A.P.S.) with a commitment to provide comprehensive addiction, mental health, and co-occurring treatment services. Using an integrated behavioral health approach, CAPS LLC ensures that each person receives comprehensive, person-centered care on their path to recovery, personal growth, and wellness.

Angele Moss-Baker is the sole practitioner and owner of Comprehensive Addiction & Psychological Services, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience delivering quality behavioral health care, her practice provides integrated treatment to a diverse clientele, with a particular emphasis on clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. 

Angele is an interactive, solution-focused therapist who provides support and practical feedback to help clients address personal life challenges effectively. She integrates complementary evidence-based modalities. With compassion and understanding, she  empowers individuals to maximize their strengths and achieve meaningful personal growth.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Ms. Moss-Baker provides quality clinical consultation, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance the clinical skills of behavioral health practitioners. She is a recognized presenter and workshop facilitator nationally and internationally, as well as an advocate for advancing the behavioral health profession. 

Outside of her professional work, Angele enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
